How do i get the alpha version that has the bigger island

Is there an option for pubic hair? Shaven looks too much like prepubescent, which is a turn off for me. I'll get the game if it is an option.

How do you get sand
Its in the beach or desert area
There's 2 or 3 patches around the copper. And if you head to the far end of the forest, near the wolves and iron. Also random patches throughout the forest if you're lucky.
