For some reason theres no defeat sex also I subbed on subscribstar and the game still looks nothing like the screen shots..
What settings are you playing on?
You need to enable defeat sex and have enough grit points, its all in the tutorial texts you can find under the journal (j key) :)
I figured it out also why does the game not look anything like the screenshots still?

You should put loving couples around and give the option to seduce the male/female into cheating on their loving partner! It would make the game so much more exciting! Make it a little challenging to do so too, even if it only involves more than one time of simply asking if they want to! Peace and Love!

There is a cheat menu, num / by default, can be rebound in input settings.

Will never be at least not over steam since Germany requires steam to put proper age verifaction in for that.
The full version will be on itch and steam when its ready.

May I begin by saying; I love the work you have put into this game. The transformation from the small but well made island to this sprawling map is glorious. Well done! Attention to detail is definitely your strong suite! I had come here to find a fix for some of the quests that appear to be borked. Once here and now reading that you are currently aware of their status and are working on them, and knowing that coding is more than a bit of a headache at the best of times I will simply say that I wish you all the best in that endeavor. I do have a bug that you may or may not be aware of...I had built a lovely two story tudor near the new town, had placed down my furnace, work bench, and was singing your praises when I found the item store so I didn't have to run to the forest for the iron and to the desert for the brimstone to place my research table. I went to visit the mage in her tower and upon returning back to the main world my entire build had ceased to exist. I would like to blame the bint in the tower...but I suspect it may have something to do with the saving of the main world before traveling and returning. I'll end this extremely long post by saying you are making an amazing game! Can't wait to see where it goes from here! Also do we support you here or do you have a Patreon page I have undoubtedly missed?

I'm revamping the entire save system in the next release as the old system has been plagued with bugs since the start. Hopefully that will fix issues with buildings/stuff reseting when coming out of dungeon/other levels.

so i have this problem with the impregnated quest (A Beastly Legacy) were no matter what werebeast i get a child with it's not completing the quest.
Quests has a lot of issues in current version. Working on addressing this.
I'm playing with Rx 570 and 16 GB RAM, but I'm getting terrible fps even at low settings. My system meets the system requirements on Steam. I wonder why, all my drivers are up to date.
Next update will have several performance optimizations, hopefully that will help.
Hi author Need to fix this kyphosis posture. Take a lok on this pic. See? Its really easy to fix. You just need to change animations a bit. Rotate spine bones not much and its will gone.
It's not nearly as extreme if the shoulders and butt area aren't "inflated" lol.
Yes this is an issue with the morphs creating that posture, the bones are not aligned like in the image, just the muscle morphs "balloon" the back.
There is a bug where I can progress in "Unholy Union". I constantly attract the werewolves and do the deed but the counter doesn't go up.
I have noticed a bug if you ever load while you have a quest, it breaks. I have been able to get past this part, but after the 5, you cannot talk to her again and found no work around. The bug where NPCs don't despawn when out of range and then "respawn" when you get near again has it unplayable. Showing "actors" there are over 1000 NPCs actively running bring the game down to 8fps.

This looks great. :) I got a lot of breeding/cum inflation kinks myself, so I like where this could go. I'm not sure how to increase grit points, but it has promise.
I had the same question. The answer is that you get one grit point for every four level ups.

Deleting the files should not be related to the game at all. Its just files on disk and is not even installed.
Doing a lot of optimization in the next update. Hopefully that will help but its still a pretty demanding game.
i'd like to report two bugs regarding the tamble wolfs:
1. if you get it to level 2 the level if the dog increases exonentialy each time you get exp (not dependent of the amount of exp you get)
2. if you order the dog to attak something it gets close to the enemy but does the annimation of scating his ear and does no damage but trys to stick close to the target untill yiu order it to follow you
but still i love you game (sorry for the bad grammar)

SO. trying to the the beast legacy job and evertime i get knocked down i just get kill! have all the stuff on so i should get it right?
Easiest way is get near them and hit [Y] when they are not targeting you. With Defeat Sex turned on, you need to try to "escape" by just moving a bit. That or you do not have enough Grit to withstand the beast and that will kill you too.
What are the options to gain Grit? I am still a bit unsure how to increase the Grit Hearts.
You need to level up. You get one every 4 levels.
How do I get a werewolf to start having sex? I'm constantly dying because of this. Do I have to press some kind of button there? If so, which one?
press Y, and also turn it on in settings Enable Defeat Sex

Depends on how long you set the pregnancy timers. I think in normal time it is around 8 to 10 minutes.

How can I have sex with a werewolf?
I bake the bread (or in the older version I make the steak) but it doesn't add to the quest and the game remains blocked. Also, I got a nice level (13 I think) but each time i try the beast thing she always dies after she gets pied. And I killed many monsters, like many nightmares in the crypt...
I have no idea what to do the quest are bugged cant really do anything without getting my ass beat by random shit XD
Im working on fixing the quest issues. They are mostly related to saving/loading currently but some quests does not update the dialogue options properly either.
Update 0.8.4.7 seems to mostly be working better, but Beastly Legacy will not update. Tried with both werebear and werewolf partners, still sitting at 0/1. Anyone found a workaround yet? Also, editing cause I forgot to add this. Found a weird bug when entering the Mount Puni dungeon. On entering, I got about 200 each of stone and wood added to my inventory. Caused lag for a few seconds as the game tried to adjust for the sudden influx, and it also brought me up to being almost at max weight. Did make for a nice surprise considering I was building my house at the time lol. Much needed resources.

like lvl 2 and the wolf i got a job to do i
Werewolf or animal wolf? Animal wolf won't work. Make sure the enemy has a heart next to their HP bar (so werebeasts, wildlings, trollkin). Also, I believe your first point of grit is at lvl 3 iirc, so lvl 2 will always result in death

Updating from 8.4.6 to 7 realized tolate that I downloaded a older version. how to transfer saved game or do i just overwrite the files for 8.4.6?
Save game might work between versions but the rekommendation is to not re-use saves as it can cause strange issues and i wont take action on bugs reported on old saves.
Are there also steam keys available to buy somewhere? Since 2020 Steam does not show most adult games in store for my country anymore, however we are allowed to buy keys and play them, just the games are not in store.

That is the point. The steam store blocks it, so you have to buy a key somewhere. You are allowed to play it, but since Steam did not include security for their store to lock it away form kids, they just blocked the store for Germans for adult games.
Ive been playing the game for like 10 hours now, I cant figure out the first quest, beastly legacy. Any help please! :)

i'm not sure if it's itch's fault or mine, i'll just rename it on my end as i go, but i might suggest making sure the archive you upload is titled with the version number.
i got a file called "wicked-island-beta(1)" because i had downloaded an earlier version, so it renamed the new non-duplicate "duplicate"
found a bug, i think. the "teleport back to spawn if out of bounds" broke when i was in a dungeon. froze the game, crashed it.
got OOB by interacting with the werebeasts in it, and when the animation ended, it spawned me OOB.
also, i broke a chest with a sword attack, near the dungeon actually, and it clipped me through the wall behind the chest, then under the map, causing the teleport to spawn.
game's got great potential, i see the vision, brother. needs some love in the FPS department, maybe too many assets at a time? even if it's not the asset count, it might be nice as a gameplay QoL to make grass, flowers and trees easier to harvest. the fact they're in groups of like 20 nodes, all with tiny clickboxes, it's a little difficult to pick stuff up without spamming E. my proposal, fewer collection nodes but higher yields to make it worth the same, also bigger clickboxes so it's easier to actually pick stuff up.
Newest update (0.8.4.6) kills on 18+ defeat. The scene happens, then you die. I think it's an unintended effect of the latest patch. Update: I think it was due to a weird Grit bug. It stopped happening at lvl 6 when I got the notification that I could accept more violent encounters. Grit is definitely not able to be seen like older versions, though. Also, a save file glitch caused me to lose all progress and start over at lvl 1 with the default character. Not sure what happened, but that save file defaulted to a blank slate.
Grit bug should be fixed in 847, it was an issue with it not being displayed properly on the new HP bar.
Yep, Grit is working 100% with the latest update as far as I can tell. I figured it was the HUD change but wasn't sure. Put some new quirks and bugs in another post. It's polishing up pretty quickly now from the looks of it, though!
Why does the load preset option not work? I hover over the loaded preset but cannot click to load it. this is for 0.8.4.6.
Also I am running into an issue where it's dark 24/7. Even if I change it in the UI. I have to make a new character, which is annoying due to the load preset not working
For me constantly clicking load present gradually loads the values.
This is fixed in 847, it was a bug that slipped through during update, sorry for the inconvenience.
