how to run the game after down load

I saw this game yesterday on YT and liked it very much. Bought it here because I cant download it on steam "legally". The map in the steam version seems a lot bigger. Any chances we get the steam version here?

ugh, its always nasty ass monster rape.  fucking every goddamn time with these shitty ass porn games.  How creative. Also its just fuckin garbage. 

  How the hell are you supposed to get a fuckin erection from this mentally ill trash?  And if you do get one.. seek help. 

and why is it always playing as a woman... wanting to watch the same woman get railed by a bunch of different dudes and monsters... sounds kinda gay.
